A lot of engineering firms spend most of their time talking about themselves: credentials, innovation, track record. Those things matter, but when PSE Designs became a full-time consulting engineering firm in 2012, we made a different decision about what would drive the work.
Our client's success. Period.
That has shaped how we staff projects, how we communicate, and how we approach every set of drawings. It's also a big reason 95% of our current project base is made up of returning clients. We've worked with clients like SSAB, AMNS, Novelis, Evonik, and Primo A/S. Contractors we've worked with include Persons Services Corp, Kent Design-Build, and Dunn Building Company. BCM Morring Company calls us their "favorite team to work with," and that means more to us than any industry award.
We didn't get there by making ourselves the center of the story. We got there by putting our clients at the center of theirs.

A lot of firms start with a solution. We start with a conversation.
Some clients come to us knowing exactly what they need, whether that's a stormwater containment system, an HVAC upgrade, or a structural analysis for a new manufacturing line. Others come in with a vision and need help figuring out how to make it buildable.
Either way, we listen first, ask the right questions, and build a path forward around the actual project in front of us. That is what we mean when we say we guide clients from initial concept to the final steps of completion.

The Right Team, Never Copy and Paste
No two projects are the same, so our approach is never copy and paste. When a project comes in, we assemble the right mix of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical expertise for that specific job.
That means your project is never forced into someone else's template. The engineering decisions we make are driven by your site, your timeline, your budget, and what the finished project needs to do.

Our outlook is always upstream. Whether we are designing a stormwater system, laying out a power distribution plan, or evaluating a structural design, we are thinking beyond the immediate problem to protect the project's budget, schedule, safety, and long-term performance.
That same mindset carries through construction. We help manage permits, codes, trade coordination, oversight, and unexpected field conditions so clients are not stuck in the middle of technical conversations.
